The art of storytelling is beyond still frames.

Storytelling is part emotion and part reality.  The stories we try to share through imagery are not in the still frames but in the motion of each image. Not videos, but the dynamic motion in each portrait. This project attempts to showcase the energy and vibrancy of a fast-moving, accolades-winning, melody-writing collective, the Eighty-Eight Miles -A female-fronted band hailing from the Midlands of the United Kingdom.

A FEMALE FRONTED INDIE POP-ROCK COLLECTIVE

Eighty-Eight Miles flared onto the scene at Vale Fest 2024, bringing their infectious brand of indie pop/rock to the University of Birmingham. This rising star, hailing from the UK's Midlands, is more than just a catchy name (inspired by the Back to the Future trilogy, no less!). Their sound blends classic influences like Fleetwood Mac and The Beach Boys with modern energy, creating a captivating performance that demands to be captured.​
