We run Fivora as a creative studio and a marketing lab. We love technology because it lets us experiment, move fast, and make distinct work. But as AI quietly creeps into every corner of modern marketing, we’re setting clear ground rules for how we actually touch it.

Fivora is a conscious and sustainable studio. Clients and partners trust us with their brands and businesses, and in line with our conscious business policies, it is our obligation to take a stand on the usage of artificial intelligence at Fivora. This is what we are changing.

We are actively aligning our standards with the core principles of the EU AI Act—specifically around transparency, human oversight, responsible use, and genuine respect for creators.

We aren't building a soul-crushing internal AI bureaucracy nor a 14-tab spreadsheet justifying why they asked a chatbot for five headline ideas.

We’re keeping it practical, grounded, and honest.

The AI Ground Rules

Practical Utility: We deploy AI where it genuinely improves the work: synthesis, data breakdown, initial concept exploration, process automation, and production support. If it removes friction without sacrificing quality, we use it.

Absolute Human Accountability. AI can produce an output. It cannot evaluate tone, commercial viability, brand context, or truth. Every strategic decision, edit, and final deliverable remains the direct responsibility of humans at Fivora.

Protection of Original Work. We do not use synthetic tools to clone artists, mimic proprietary styles, or bypass proper creative licensing. Creative work has value, and we do not treat AI as a loophole for plagiarism. All published materials using licensed content will be properly credited, and all permissions will be obtained.

Clear Transparency. Where regulations require disclosure of synthetic or augmented assets, we disclose them directly, and this AI label stays on as the asset through the entire content pipeline.

Client Data Integrity. Client information is not training data for whatever tool went viral this morning. We assess data privacy, platform terms, and confidentiality before any proprietary material enters an external tool.

Proportionate Governance. Our mandate is to produce strong creative work responsibly, not get lost in administrative overhead. Standards exist to protect the work, not paralyse it.

AI is our infrastructure, not our identity.

When anyone can flood the market with automated content, volume becomes worthless. Real competitive advantage shifts entirely to what software cannot replicate: editorial taste, cultural fluency, strategic judgment, and knowing what not to build. Technology accelerates execution, but it does not supply the intent.

Machines generate infinite variations; human insight dictates what holds commercial and creative value.

At Fivora, we deploy modern intelligence tools aggressively to optimise performance and reach—without compromising the craft and critical perspective that make the work effective.
